Post
You know about the post office and postman. They help to send our letters
and parcels to other people in different places. We can buy a letter or
postcard from the post office, write our message on it, write the address of
the recipient and put it in the letter-box. We
can also write our message on a plain paper,
put it in an envelope, buy stamps from the
post office, affix stamps on the envelope and
put it in the letter-box. After this, the post
office and postman help us send it.
These days, there are many courier
companies which also deliver letters and
parcels on our behalf. They are a little
costlier.
We can also send money to other people through a post office. This service
is called money order .

communication. You can speak to a
person directly wherever he may be.
There are two types of telephones :
landline and mobile . Landline
telephone is fixed with a wire, so it is
installed in a building and cannot be
carried anywhere. Mobile telephone
can be carried anywhere. It can also be
used for many other purposes.
