Mobile Phone the Wonder Machine : The invention of the mobile phone has made
             the telephone an integral part of our day-to-day personal and public life. A mobile
             phone can be carried anywhere. Besides talking, a mobile phone is also used for
             several other applications, such as for sending messages, videos, pictures etc. In
             modern mobile phones, one can access internet, send and receive emails, do banking
             transactions, find directions, hear music, watch films and more. With its vast range
             of applications, the mobile phone has emerged as a true wonder machine.

               Facsimile (Fax)

            The facsimile or fax is a device to send an exact copy of a written material, text

            message or photograph to another facsimile machine, connected to it through
            telephone lines. It takes only a few seconds for it. To use this, both the sender and the
            receiver should have a telephone attached with a fax machine. It has become a
            common facility in offices and business houses; however, with the expanding use of
            the internet, this means is facing a tough competition.


               Internet and Email

            The internet is a worldwide network of computers
            connected to one another through electronic, wireless or
            optical networking. It can be used to share information,
            send or receive data or photographs and perform other
            functions at local or global level. At present, the internet
            service is also available on wireless devices, like mobile                  Computer           Net café
            phone. Most of the applications on a computer or mobile phone are accessed through
            the internet.

            An   email  or  electronic mail    is like a letter which can reach its destination in no time.
            You can send it through the internet. For this, you need to have your email address.
            You can also send documents, photographs and videos through email.


               Radio and Television

            Invented by      Marconi    in 1886, the radio is a tool of wireless communication. In it,
            messages are transmitted through radio waves which are received by the radio in any
