Decimals as Fractions

Like decimals : The decimals in which the number of digits after the decimal point is equal
are known as like decimals.
For example : 3.42, 0.56, 12.79, 1.05 are all like decimals.
Unlike decimals : The decimals in which the number of digits after the decimal point is not
equal are known as unlike decimals.
For example : 5.6, 3.12, 4.035 are all unlike decimals.
Equivalent decimals : The unlike decimals having the same value are known as equivalent
decimals.
