Good health is very important for everybody. It helps us keep fit

            and active. Good health comes from physical exercise and activity,

            cleanliness and good food.

                Physical Exercise

            u    Don’t keep sitting idle for

                 long.


            u    Play a lot of games.

            u    Do physical exercise.


            u    Do your things yourself.





                                                                     Cleanliness

                                                                 u     Brush your teeth regularly.


                                                                 u     Take a bath daily.

                                                                 u     Wash hands whenever you


                                                                       enter the house.

                                                                 u     Keep your room and things

                                                                       tidy.





                Good Food

            u    Eat a balanced diet.


            u    Eat fruits, vegetables and

                 drink milk.

            u    Eat only clean food.

            u    Never eat food kept in the open.


            u    Chew your food well.
